at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, the 29^th of May 2026

IN ORDER TO:

1. Record Attendance and Apologies
2. Receive from the Board a report of the activities of the Club since the previous AGM
3. Receive from the Board the Consolidated Club’s accounts for 2025 – 26
4. Appoint the Club’s Accountant(s) for 2026 -27
5. Announce the election of: -

5.1 Resignation of Rugby Club Directors.

5.2 Appointment of New Rugby Club Directors.        

Junior Chair – Graham Dixon

Ladies Chair – Georgia Walker

5.3 Appointment of New 2026 Committee Members

6. Consider and if thought fit sanction any duly proposed and seconded alteration to the Rules provided it has been submitted in writing to the Club for the time being at least 48 hours before the AGM
7. Transact such other business as may be brought before it (subject to prior notice to the Club for the time-being).
