An updated note from our treasurer David Whatling for the upcoming 2018-2019 season:

"A reminder to all players, parents of junior players, and social members that annual subscriptions become due on 1st September every year.

All our membership schemes run annually, from 1st September to 31st August. All annual memberships expire on this date.

Payment should be made in full or in progress by 31st September, at the very latest.

Membership plans for Senior Men, Senior Women, and Students (U19-U21) on the playing side will be available from this Wednesday 1st August via the website.

Social membership plans for Saddlebackers and Vice Presidents will also be available from that date.

Junior memberships including Colts (U17 & U18) will be available online in time for Junior signing-on weekend, which is the first weekend in September. 

Coach membership schemes are not available on-line, please speak to the Junior Chairman (Juniors) or Director of Rugby (Seniors) as appropriate to arrange.

Discounted rates are available on request for new players joining the Club in the New Year.

PLEASE NOTE: we offer a staged payment scheme for our Senior Men and Senior Women, with total cost spread over six months. This is NOT a monthly membership scheme - all memberships are annual. So if you decide to take advantage of the staged payment scheme you MUST complete ALL payments. This also applies should you be injured. Any monies outstanding will be held-over until next year and will still be held as due: and you will loose eligibility for bar discounts and the international ticket ballot. Failure to complete an agreed payment plan without prior written agreement may also give rise to disciplinary action.

Also please note that there are no options available this year for Senior teams to pay their match fees as part of a membership subscription. All match fees (where levied) are to be paid on, or before, kick-off on match day: if applicable, please speak to your team manager for further instructions."
